Below are 2025 holidays that are observed at EDENS:

All full time employees will now receive a floating holiday each year to be used at their discretion. Interns are not considered full time employees, and are therefore not eligible for holiday pay.
Employees who work a full time schedule, but less than 40 hours per week (ie: 30 or 32 hour per week schedule, which must be pre-approved) will receive holiday pay only if the holiday falls on a day the employee is scheduled to work. If the holiday falls on a day the employee is not typically scheduled to work, they will not receive holiday pay.
To use this benefit, you must request the floating holiday in advance via UKG (formerly Ultipro) (using the code for floating holiday), and managers must approve the request prior to your taking the holiday. As with all other time off requests, managers must ensure appropriate coverage levels before approving requests for floating holidays. The floating holiday will not carry over to the next year or be paid out at termination if it is unused.
