Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
What is the Employee Assistance Program?
EDENS offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through ComPsych® GuidanceResources®, a confidential support program designed to help full-time employees and their families manage personal, family, and work-related challenges.
The EAP is not a group health plan. Instead, it provides professional assessments, referrals, and short-term counseling services at no cost.
Why EDENS Offers an EAP
Balancing work, personal, and family responsibilities can be challenging. When concerns become overwhelming, they may affect your sense of well-being or interfere in important relationships with your family, friends, or your supervisor and/or co-workers.
The EAP provides early, practical support to help you address issues before they escalate.
Confidentiality
Your privacy is a top priority.
- EAP services are completely confidential
- EDENS does not receive any information identifying who uses the program
- No records are placed in your personnel file
- Participation is entirely voluntary
